\nDonata is the boss, who has been managing Stara gostilna since 1997. With passion and a clear vision, she has transformed it from a conventional sea restaurant into a restaurant of new culinary dimensions. In 2020, the team was joined by a budding new chef, Kristian Zule \u2013 Kiki. The small restaurant offers him a lot of room to develop his talent, experiment, and use his imagination to prepare plates that awaken the observer\u2019s desire.
